Mary-Margaret's Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 4 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 (3 1/2 oz) packages vanilla pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 (12 oz) bag chocolate chips
  • 1 (6 oz) bag butterscotch chips

Directions:

  1. Combine flour, soda and salt - Set aside. In large bowl combine butter, both sugars and pudding. Blend until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in chips, nuts and coconut.
  2. Drop by teaspoon on to cookie sheet, bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes ( Airbake cookie sheets work great). I also sift my flour because it seems to make for better blending, but it isn't necessary.
