Ingredients:

  • marshmallow milk pancakes
  • 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 or 2 big marshmallows cut in small pieces

Directions:

  1. In a small saucepan put the milk and marshmallows until melted.
  2. Stir together flour, baking powder and salt.
  3. Combine egg, marsmallow milk, vanilla, and oil.
  4. Mix or blend perfectly with the flour mixture.
  5. Pour about 1/4 cup batter onto a hot lightly greased skillet, this is very important.
  6. Wait about 1 minute, just when it´s almost ready and sprinkle the marshmallow pieces.
  7. Turn to cook on the other side.
  8. Ready, enjoy!!
