Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Grease muffin cups or line with paper bake cups.
  2. Stir together flour, sugar, and baking powder.
  3. Make a well in the center.
  4. Combine eggs, sour cream, marmalade, butter, and vanilla.
  5. Add sour cream mixture all at once to flour mixture.
  6. Stir till moistened.
  7. Fill the muffin cups 2/3 full.
  8. Bake in a 400°F oven 20 to 25 minutes.
