Directions:

  1. Combine chili powder, garlic paste, cumin powder, oil and salt in bowel.
  2. Add mushrooms and stir until well coated.
  3. Spread mushrooms on cookie sheet
  4. Broil under medium heat for a few minutes until they soften and tuen slightly dark.
