Mark's Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1/8 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup mirin
  • 1/8 cup brown sugar
  • 1/8 tsp cornstarch, mixed with
  • 1 tbsp mirin

Directions:

  1. Mix first three ingredients well until sugar is completely absorbed.
  2. Heat over high heat for 20 minutes or until thick and reduced, stirring occasionally.
  3. While heating, add the cornstarch/mirin mixture.
  4. Serve over desired food.
