Ingredients:

  • 110 g sugar
  • 55 g eggs
  • 1/8 cup water
  • 220 g high-protein flour
  • 3 g salt
  • 2 1/2 g baking soda

Directions:

  1. Mix sugars and butter.
  2. Add egg, water, vanilla,
  3. Combine flour, salt, and baking soda then add and mix.
  4. Add chocolate chips.
  5. Scoop to pan and bale 12 minutes at 375.
