Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil potatoes and mash.
  2. Separate eggs yolks whites.
  3. Put egg whites aside.
  4. Beat together mashed potatoes and yolks.
  5. Add a dash of lemon, the chives, the scallions.
  6. Add salt abd pepper to taste.
  7. Mix all together.
  8. Beat egg whites until stiff and add them into to mixture.
  9. Melt butter in frying pan.
  10. Cook the mixture until golden.
  11. Then add shredded cheese and put it under the broiler to finish it up.
