Marinated Shrimp Appetizer

Ingredients:

  • 3 -4 tbsp basil
  • 3 -4 tbsp thyme
  • 3 -4 tbsp rosemary
  • 3 -4 tbsp chives
  • 1 large lemon , juice of
  • 1/4 cup oil

Directions:

  1. Defrost shrimp, if it is frozen.
  2. Note: I prefer to use medium/large shrimp with tails on, but any kind can be used.
  3. Combine oil, lemon juice, herbs, and a few shakes of salt.
  4. Mix well and pour into a zipper bag with shrimp.
  5. Turn bag to coat all shrimp well.
  6. Place in refrigerator and marinate at least a few hours.
