Marinated Portabella Steaks With Sweet and Sour Rice

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Marinate portabellas in 1 cup soy sauce and the crushed garlic. Set aside until the rice is done.
  2. Combine vinegar, water, brown sugar, catsup, and 2 tablespoons soy sauce. Bring to a boil. Add rice and reduce to simmer for 35 minutes or until soft.
  3. Stir fry the onions and bell peppers until the onions are translucent. Add pineapple chunks until to warm.
  4. Make a bed of rice for the mushroom and top with stir-fried peppers, onions, and pineapple.
