Marinade for Flank Steak

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 3/4 cup soy sauce

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour over steak.
  2. Marinate steak for at least 4 hours, and up to 24 hours.
  3. Grill or broil steak. Then slice into thin slices.
