Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In large skillet, fry bacon until partially cooked.
  2. Drain, reserving 2 tbsps. drippings.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  4. Cover.
  5. Simmer until heated and apple is half way tender.
  6. Put in preheated 350 degree F. oven in a 1 1/2-2 qt. casserole sprayed with PAM.
  7. Put apple slices on top.
  8. Bake for 35-45 mins. or until bubbly and thoroughly heated.
  9. Makes 8 (1/2-cup) servings.
