Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1/4 cup black walnut
  • 1/8 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • marshmallow (large or small)

Directions:

  1. Mix together all but marshmallows.
  2. Bake at 350°, 30-45 min.
  3. Put marshmallows on top and return to oven until marshmallows are melted and browned.
  4. I usually make this the nite ahead, and add marshmallows the following day.
  5. They can be reheated and additional marshmallows added.
