Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix the first 5 ingredients; put 1/2 in a 9x13 cake pan.
  2. Boil together the last 5 ingredients until liquid is clear- about 3 minutes.
  3. Pour apple mixture over bottom crust.
  4. Sprinkle the remainder of the oatmeal mixture on top.
  5. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
