Ingredients:

  1. Brown sausage and onion, drain.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients, mix well and let sit for 1 hour in refrigerator.
  3. The 8 T. of bread crumbs go in this mixture.
  4. After the mixtures sets shape into balls, roll in flour, dip in egg mixture of 4 eggs and a little milk and then roll in bread crumbs.
  5. Deep fry until browned, usually 3-5 minutes depending on size. I try to make the balls about the size of a walnut.
  6. Optional:
  7. You can use Italian Mild and Hot Sausage instead of regular Pork Sausage.
  8. You can use already 1 tsp. chopped garlic that is sold in jars in the stores.
