Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 tsp plus 3/4 cup butter
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 12 drops yellow food coloring
  • 5 drops red food coloring

Directions:

  1. Grease 13x9 inch pan
  2. In a heavy saucepan combine sgar, cream and butter cook and stor 4 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in chips and marshemellow cream.
  4. Remove 1 cup and step aside.
  5. Add orange extract and food coloring.
  6. Stir until blended and pour in pan.
  7. Drop in remaining marshmellow mixture and swirl with a knife.
  8. Cover and chill until set.
