Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat the egg white in a small bowl until stiff and set aside.
  2. Mix together the dry ingredients and set aside.
  3. Combine egg yoik, milk, maple syrup and melted butter or margarine.
  4. Add to dry ingredients until just blended.
  5. Do not overbeat the batter or the waffles won't be as fluffy.
  6. Follow the directions for making waffles with your waffle maker.
