Maple Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. In a bowl combine all of the ingredients together. Refrigerate.
  2. Just before serving whisk together vigourously to make sure it comes together.
