Maple Apple Acorn Squash

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350º F.
  2. Cut squash in half, top to bottom; remove pulp.
  3. Place cut side down in shallow baking pan. Bake for 35 minutes.
  4. Combine apple, butter, maple syrup and cinnamon; fill squash with mixture.
  5. Continue baking 25 minutes or until squash is tender.
