Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 cups rolled oats

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Lightly oil a 12x15 baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together oil, syrup, honey and salt. Stir in oats and almonds, mixing to coat them completely. Spread evenly in prepared pan and bake, stirring every 10 minutes until golden brown, around 30-35 minutes. Cool completely. Store granola in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks. Enjoy it plain, sprinkled over yogurt or in a bowl with milk and fruit.
