Mango-Lime BBQ Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/3 cup chopped mango
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1/3 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup guava paste
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 clove minced garlic
  • 3/4 tsp ground cumin

Directions:

  1. In a saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Cover; simmer 15 minutes. Transfer to a blender. Cover; blend until desired consistency.
  2. Brush BBQ sauce on chicken during the last 10 minutes of grilling, allowing 5 minutes per side.
