Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine mango puree, sugar, lime juice and rum.
  2. Fold in whipped cream.
  3. Place 1/4 c chopped mango in each of the 6 parfait glasses.
  4. Top with 3/4 c of the mango cream mixture followed by a 1/4 c chopped mango.
  5. Top off with remaining mango cream and garnish with additional whipped cream if you like .
