Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and sugar
  2. Add eggs one at a time
  3. Combine dry ingredients gradually by hand with wooden spoon
  4. Stir in the chocolate chips
  5. Add the mandarin oranges minus 4 Tbs of the juice ( reserve for icing )
  6. Place in pan( tube or bundt ) bake 180C 60 to 70 minutes or tested done
  7. Cool 15 minutes in pan before removing
  8. When cold dust with powdered glaze made by mxining reserved mandarin orange juice and powdered sugar
  9. Freezes well
