Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease and flour a bundt pan, or 4 3x3 loaf pans, ot a 13x9 pan.
  3. Put all ingredients in large bowl and mix at medium speed until well blended.
  4. Pour into desired pan.
  5. Bake at 350 F until toothpick inserted into center comes out dry.
  6. 55-65 minutes for bundt pan, 20 minutes for small loaf pans, 55-65 minutes for 13x9 pan.
  7. Remove from oven.
  8. Remove cake from bundt pan onto cooling rack over a large plate and pour on glaze.
  9. Can keep cake in loaf pans or 13x9 pan and pour on glaze.
  10. If you don't want to use the glaze, you can sprinkle on confectioners sugar instead.
