Ingredients:

  • 1 package yam patties

Directions:

  1. Place yams in a baking dish.
  2. Mix the orange juice and brown sugar together and pour over and around the yams.
  3. Dot the tops of the yams and the liquid with butter.
  4. Sprinkle pecans on top of the whole dish.
  5. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees until yams are cooked through and the brown sugar has melted into the orange juice.
  6. Serves well with ham or chicken.
