Maine Salmon With Blaine House Spicy Seasoning

Ingredients:

  • 4 (6 oz) maine salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 tbsp paprika
  • 1/4 cup salt
  • 1/4 cup garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp oregano
  • 2 tbsp thyme

Directions:

  1. Rub Blaine House Spicy Seasoning on the salmon filets.
  2. Sear the filets in olive oil, in a frying pan.
  3. Place the salmon filets in a 9x13 pan, and bake at 400, for 15 minutes
  4. Makes 4 servings.

  6. Makes approximately 1 1/4 cups.
