Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups milk
  • 3 cups flour
  • 3 cups cracker meal

Directions:

  1. Take three large wide bowls and put flour in one, whip the eggs and milk in the second, and cracker meal in the third.
  2. Dip clams in the flour, then the egg wash and then the crackers. Deep fry at 375 until golden.
