Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pour butter or margarine in a 13 inch x 9 inch x 2 inch baking dish.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  4. Stir in milk and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Pour into the prepared pan.
  6. In a mixing bowl, beat the pumpkin, milk and eggs.
  7. Combine the remaining filling iingredients.
  8. Add to pumpkin mixture.
  9. Pour over crust mixture. ( do not stir).
  10. Dot with butter or margarine and sprinkle with sugar.
  11. Bake at 350 degrees, for 55-60 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center, comes out clean and the top is golden brown.
