Macaroni Tuna Salad - Sherri Griffin

Ingredients:

  • 2 (7 oz) cans tuna
  • 1/4 cup pickle relish
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup russion salad dressing
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion

Directions:

  1. Cook shell macaroni following package directions. Drain thoroughly.
  2. Drain tuna & break into pieces in a large bowl.
  3. Combine tuna with macaroni & pickle relish.
  4. In another bowl, blend maynnaise, russion dressing, lemon juice, salt, pepper, & onions.
  5. Add to tuna mixture & toss lightly.
