Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Layer vegetables on bottom of crock pot.
  2. Add 1 bay leaf.
  3. Sprinkle salt, pepper, sugar & tapioca on mixture.
  4. Place bay leaf on vegetables.
  5. Add the beef.
  6. Pour can of stewed tomatoes on top of ingrediants.
  7. Cook on low for 8 - 10 hours, depending on how you like your vegetables (firm or soft).
  8. An hour before serving add some white
  9. Pearl onions.
