Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix together first 3 ingredients in a large heavy saucepan.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Whisk egg yolks.
  4. Add to SPLENDA® Granular mixture whisking until blended.
  5. Gradually whisk in milk.
  6. Cook over low heat, whisking constantly until the temperature reaches 175 degrees approximately (5 to 8 minutes).
  7. Remove from heat and whisk in half and half; cool.
  8. Cover and chill 3 hours or up to 3 days. Stir in vanilla extract just before serving.
  9. Their website also says you that if desired, 2 tablespoons of vanilla extract can be replaced with 1 cup dark rum.
