Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cube bread into small cubes.
  2. Core, peel, and cut apples.
  3. Saute onions, celery, apples, cranberries, and spices in broth (add more broth or water if needed).
  4. Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Mix with bread chunks.
  6. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
  7. Keep covered but check for drying.
  8. Add more water/broth if it dries out.
