Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute onions, bell peppers and celery for 5 minutes.
  2. When the sauted items look glassy , add chicken broth.
  3. Dump everything, except peas and turkey, in pan.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Add cooked turkey and frozen peas.
  6. Simmer 20 minutes.
  7. Serve over rice or your favorite pasta.
