  3. Beat the egg whites which should be equivelent to one egg
  4. Stir in the milk and the yogurt, which should be plain fat free yogurt, and is substitution for vegtable oil and apple sauce can also be used instead of the yogurt.
  5. Stir in the rest of ingredients
  6. Cook for about 15 minutes
  7. These can also be made in regular muffin tins.
  8. But they're so good when they're mini.
