Ingredients:

  • 4 anaheim green chilies
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients except chiles.
  2. Dredge chiles in mixture.
  3. Fry until golden.
