Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp of melted butter or 1 tbsp margarine
  • 1 cup splenda granular
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp skim milk
  • 3/4 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Spray the loaf pans with pam or a non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Mix the all the ingredients except the flour together in a bowl.
  3. Add the flour.
  4. Pour it into the pan.
  5. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes or so.
