Low-Calorie Banana Bread

i haven't tried it yet, but this recipe looks too good to be true.
Ingredients:
1 mashed banana
1 tablespoon of melted butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup splenda granular
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 large egg
2 tablespoons skim milk
3/4 cup flour
Directions:
1. spray the loaf pans with pam or a non-stick cooking spray.
2. mix the all the ingredients except the flour together in a bowl.
3. add the flour.
4. pour it into the pan.
5. bake in a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes or so.
