Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook turkey, onion, celery,salt, pepper, and garlic powder in pan coated with cooking spray.
  2. Spray 2 quart casserole dish with cooking spray.
  3. Spread 1/2 bag tater tots in casserole dish.
  4. Top with meat mixture.
  5. Layer last 1/2 of tater tots over meat.
  6. Combine soup and milk and pour evenly over casserole.
  7. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350.
