Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Fry bacon in a large heavy saucepan over medium heat until crisp and brown, about 5 minutes
  2. Add onion and green pepper and cook until tender, about 5 minutes
  3. Stir in pineapple juice, ketchup, Tabasco Green Pepper Sauce, mixing well
  4. Add Lil' Smokies to sauce; bring to boil
  5. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes
  6. Serve over your favorite flavor Rice Mix, if desired
