Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except shrimp in a saucepan.mix well.
  2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Place shrimp in a 13x9 casserole dish.
  4. Pour mixture over shrimp.
  5. Bake at 400* for 10 minutes.
  6. Remove and discard bay leaves.
