Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Soak beans 8 hours.
  2. Drain. Place in a pot. Cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce. Cover. Simmer 1 hour. Drain.
  3. In a skillet heat oil.
  4. Add the garlic, shallots, thyme and anchovies. Saute 3 minutes.
  5. Add broth and beans. Saute 3 more minutes.
  6. Puree. Place in a saucepan.
  7. Clean out skillet.
  8. Dredge fish in flour to coat.
  9. Heat oil in skillet.
  10. Add fish. Saute until golden on both sides (sbout 3 minutes each).
  11. Re-heat puree. Place on plates. Top with fish. Garnish with onions and thyme.
  12. YUM!
