Lone Star Baked Garnet Yams

Ingredients:

  • 4 garnet yams
  • 1-1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup whipped butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 then bake yams 2 hours.
  2. To serve slice potatoes down the center and add two tablespoons whipped butter.
  3. Combine cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle over top and serve.
