Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Drain chilled lobster, and dice.
  2. Add the celery, mayonnaise, and sour cream and toss lightly. Add salt and paprika to taste.
  3. Line 4 small salad bowls with crisp salad greens. Pile salad in center and garnish with sliced ripe olives.
