Ingredients:

  • 500 gramms veal liver
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 tbsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mince liver and an onion in ther food processor.
  2. In a big bowl combine the rest of the ingridients with the liver-onion paste.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Heat the frying pan on medium high heat.
  5. Pour one tablespoon of any friyng oil.
  6. Using a small ladle pour the paste making half palm size pancakes.
  7. Cook each side for 2 minutes or until the juce in not coming out.
  8. Serve hot or warm with some garnish or by itself with a little of sour cream.
