Little Red Riding Hood Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds (granny's secret ingredient)

Directions:

  1. Mix eggs, butter, sugar, and almond extract.
  2. Combine dry ingredients and add to the egg mixture.
  3. Stir until just combined.
  4. Gently stir in the blueberries and the secret ingredient.
  5. Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full.
  6. Bake at 350 for about 20-25 minutes.
