  1. Mix the potatoes with the egg and add flour until you have a loose dough that does not stick to your fingers. Roll out the dough on a floured board and cut into thin noodle strips. Bring some salted water to boil and drop the noodles into it. They are ready when they float to the surface. Add butter for great taste:)
