Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Place 1 cup of chocolate chips in a small microwave safe bowl
  3. Microwave on high for about 1 1/2 minutes
  4. Remove from microwave. Chips may be soft, but just stir to mix
  5. Blend melted chocolate with cream cheese
  6. Mix crushed wafers and preserves into the cream cheese and chocolate.
  7. Cover bowl, chill for 1 hour.
  8. Shape into 1 inch balls, roll in one of the following:
  9. Roll in powdered sugar, unsweetened cocoa, coconut, toasted, finely chopped slivered almonds, pecans, or other nuts of your choice
  10. Place each ball on a wax paper lined cookie sheet.
  11. Cover the cookie sheet, refrigerate until firm.
  12. Makes about 30 balls.
