Lithuanian Potatoes in Sour Cream

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel and slice potatoes.
  2. Cook in salted, boiling water til tender.
  3. Drain.
  4. While they're cooking, fry bacon and onion til onion is tender.
  5. Mix in cream, salt and pepper.
  6. Add potato and bacon mixture.
  7. Toss.
  8. Serve warm, garnished with dill or parsley.
