'lite' Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place the mushrooms in a baking dish.
  2. Mix cottage cheese, jalapeno and garlic.
  3. Spoon into the mushroom caps.
  4. Sprinkle with cayenne or chile.
  5. Have oven rack in second position down in the oven turn on broiler and broil the mushrooms until the cottage cheese is bubbly and slightly brown.
  6. Serve warm.
