Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute diced turkey kielbasa in 2 TBSP olive oil until browned.
  2. Removed and drain on paper towel.
  3. Saute onions until wilted
  4. Add garlic, fresh thyme and paprika cook for about 30 seconds.
  5. Add broth, diced tomatoes and chick peas.
  6. Let simmer together for about 10 minutes.
  7. Remove about 2 cups of soup and puree with immersion blender.
  8. Add puree back to rest of soup.
  9. Add turkey kielbasa back to soup pot.
  10. Season to taste with salt and papper and enjoy.
