Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 oz) container sour cream
  • 2 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp lime zest
  • 1 lime , juice of

Directions:

  1. If you microwave lemons and limes about 10 seconds or so before squeezing the juice, you will get more out of it.
  2. Squeeze the juice of the lime; then grate the peel.
  3. Mix this with the sour cream and sugar.
  4. Put in a pretty dish to serve with your favorite fruit.
